Candidate courses
This one day course is appropriate for medical and nursing practitioners working anywhere in the field of burn care, from members of the burns unit, to medical and nursing staff in isolated areas.

Instructor Courses
Only candidates who have received a recommendation to be an Instructor following their EMSB Course are eligible to attend an EMSB Instructor course.

Military EMSB courses
The Military Candidate course is specially designed for Armed Forces personnel (regular and reserve). The course is normally held over two days, with the full standard EMSB course provided on the first day and lectures on military aspects of burn management, on the second day. Overnight stay and messing is provided. Please note: Military personnel about to be deployed will be given priority on Military Candidate courses. If required, candidates not due for deployment may be removed and offered another course date.
